Position Summary:<

The Welder I role is designed for recent vocational graduates or early-career welders with 0-2 years of experience. You will support fabrication, assembly, and rework of metal components used in custom enclosures, tanks, frames, and structural assemblies.<

Key Responsibilities:<
/strong>
<
/p>
<
P>
* Perform welding operations using MIG, TIG, Wire Welding, Spot Welding, and oxy/acetylene equipment.<
/p>
<
P>
* Clean, dress, and finish welds to meet ASC quality standards.<
/p>
<
P>
* Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and weld symbols.<
/p>
<
P>
* Prepare layouts using hand tools or material-handling equipment.<
/p>
<
P>
* Operate sanding, grinding, and finishing tools.<
/p>
<
P>
* Weld I-beams, frames, fuel tanks, enclosures, and structural parts in multiple positions.<
/p>
<
P>
* Clamp, tack, drill, tap, cut, or bolt components as required.<
/p>
<
P>
* Inspect parts, materials, and equipment.<
/p>
<
P>
* Validate weld quality and perform rework.<
/p>
<
P>
* Maintain welding equipment and request needed service.<
/p>
<
P>
* Assist with fuel tank pressure testing.<
/p>
<
P>
* Meet production deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.<
/p>

* Document work performed and report issues as needed.<
