Arrow Acquisitions is hiring a Welder I to join our production team in Lenexa, KS . If you know your way around a MIG welder and take pride in quality craftsmanship, we want you on our team building the forks and buckets that keep skid steers running strong.
???? The Details- Location: Lenexa, KS
- Experience: 0–5 years
- MIG weld (GMAW) sub-assemblies and finished products in flat, horizontal, and vertical positions
- Build Forks and Buckets for skid steers
- Perform on-line testing, inspection, and welding quality checks
- Read and work from prints
- Polish and prepare metal units for the next stage of production
- Follow all safety and hazardous material procedures, using PPE as required
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and running efficiently
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–5 years of welding experience
- Welding Certification required
- Ability to read prints
- Comfortable following written and verbal instructions and posted procedures
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, solve problems, and work independently
