WelderJoin our fabrication shop specializing in custom conveyors, cranes, and material handling products. As a welder, you will be responsible for reading and interpreting blueprints to perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks, with a focus on welding.045 Flux Core.ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret blueprints for various welding and fabrication tasks.Perform fitting, layout, drilling, welding, and assembling tasks.Weld using .045 Flux Core techniques.Conduct Mig welding, torch cutting, and structural welding.Inspect welds and ensure they meet quality standards.Essential SkillsProficiency in Mig welding, torch cutting, and blueprint reading.Experience in structural welding and fabrication.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Flux Core welding.Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately.Additional Skills & Qualifications5-6 years of welding experience is preferred, but less experience will be considered.Certification in welding is advantageous, or the ability to pass a 3G and 4G weld test.Why Work Here?After 60 days of permanent employment, enjoy fully paid individual insurance, enhancing your peace of mind and financial security.Work EnvironmentWork in a modern manufacturing shop that is just a few years old, with a small team of approximately 5-10 people. The position is on the 1st shift, from 6am to 2:30pm, Monday through Friday.Job Type & LocationThis is a contract to hire position based out of Fort Worth, TX.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
