Profab Metalworks is seeking a skilled fabricator to join our growing team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, pays attention to detail, and has great work ethic.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
- Fabricate, fit, and weld metal components.
- Perform MIG welding (required) and TIG welding (required); Stick welding is a plus.
- Operate standard fabrication equipment and hand tools.
- Willingness to assist with pipe fitting, structural steel, sheet metal installation, and other construction-related tasks as project needs require.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
- Work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
- Welding and fabrication experience required.
- Strong blueprint reading and layout skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and self-motivated.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically demanding environment.
- Reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
