Fabricator II (fabricator I plus)
Job Proficiency
o Fabricate w/Stainless & aluminum
o Tig weld - basics
o stick weld (certification preferred)
o Ability to utilize all forms of cutting
Ex: torch, sheer, saw, plasma (hand-held)
o Expert print reading
o Creation of jigs and fixtures
o Angular adjustments
o Good communication skills
o Inventory management
Responsibilities
o Building anything to print consistently and accurately
o Validate all parts to print
o Expert grinding skills (to Ironworx expectations)
Including stainless polishing
o Ability to fabricate with minimal direction
o Ability to use all forms of rolling equipment
o Material efficiency
o Understand different types of material
o Responsible for tig welding basic material
o Quality verification to customer expectations
o Print and job management
Ex: all prints completed and product in staging area, consolidated for test fit or powder coat
o Support in field installation including structural
