Overview

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced FCAW Welders for projects located in the Bath, PA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Perform FCAW welding in a fabrication shop setting
• Welds will vary based on project requirements and specifications
• Read and follow fabrication drawings and welding procedures
• Ensure all welds meet quality and safety standards
• Assist with fabrication, fitting, and assembly as needed
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Responsibilities

• Must be able to pass a weld test before starting
• Previous structural steel or heavy fabrication experience is preferred
• Standard PPE including steel-toe boots, welding hood, and welding gloves
