Robotic Welding ProgrammerSalary: Base pay starting at $21.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience ($3.00 per hour shift premium if working off-shift)Shift: This opening is for a 1st or 3rd shift position. Training will take place on 1st shift. Once training is complete the employee will move to 3rd shift and receive the shift premium of $3.00/hourSummary: Write, edit, and troubleshoot programs for assigned robotic welding machinery, using computer software for programming and other department support.

Ensure weldments meet Rosenboom weld specification S903DZ0001.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Write robotic weld programs that meet the quality specifications of customers and Rosenboom while maintaining minimum weld cycle time.Inspect, measure, and/or test completed weldments and supporting materials, to ensure conformance to specifications, using measuring and testing devices.Recognize, set up, and operate hand and power tools common to the welding trade, such as gas metal arc welding and gas tungsten arc welding equipment.Productive member of his/her workgroup and adheres to all Rosenboom policies, including safety requirements/procedures especially working with robotic equipment, to ensure a safe working environment for all Rosenboom employees.Work in a production setting to facilitate the needs of Rosenboom's production goals.Maintain preventive maintenance (PM) program for all weld related equipment.
