Weld Engineer

Job Description Job Description We're looking for a talented, hands-on Welding Engineer who thrives on solving challenges, improving processes, and driving innovation in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment. To help us drive excellence, you'll get to:

• Optimize robotic and resistance welding processes to improve quality, efficiency, and reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex welding challenges and implement lasting solutions.
• Partner with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering to drive continuous improvement.
• Support new product launches, process development, and equipment improvements.
• Identify opportunities to reduce downtime, improve productivity, and strengthen manufacturing performance.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelors in Welding/robotic engineering or equivalent, CWI, CWE or equivalent experience
• Minimum 2 years related technical experience with welding processes, robotic automation, projection welding, resistance welding systems.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• A hands-on, proactive approach to engineering challenges.
• Knowledge of robotic of robotic programing (i.e.: ABB, Fanuc)
• Experience with CAD preferred
• Automotive or fast paced manufacturing experience preferred.
