Front Desk ReceptionistOne Community Health (OCH) is seeking a detail-oriented front desk receptionist to join our Welcome Team at the White Salmon, Washington clinic location. This Welcome Team position is responsible for a wide range of clerical and administrative tasks, including patient registration, appointment scheduling, and answering patient phone calls. Let's create a healthier, happier world, one patient at a time!The schedule for the Welcome Team Receptionist position is Monday through Friday from 6:45 AM to 3:45 PM at our clinic in White Salmon, WA.Key Responsibilities:Perform patient registration, including checking patients in and obtaining demographic and billing/insurance information.Schedule and confirm appointments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.Receive patient payments and maintain accurate records.Answer and screen telephone calls, delivering messages in a timely manner.Provide excellent customer service.Minimum Qualifications:Fluent bilingual in English and Spanish.Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment.Experience in a customer service setting.Effective communication skills and experience with multi-line telephones.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.High school graduate or G.E.D.Preferred Qualifications:Knowledge of medical terminology.Post high school education in office/clerical coursework.Experience working in the medical industry or a call center environment.Experience working with low-income, multi-ethnic populations.Benefits:Medical, Dental & Vision InsuranceLife, Long-Term Disability, Accident, & Critical Illness InsuranceEmpower Retirement 401k200 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) annually, plus 6 paid holidays!Employee Assistance Program (EAP)Life Mart- Employee DiscountsCompensation:Hourly/Non-Exempt: Starting at $23.00-$23.75 per hour, increased depending on experienceBilingual Differential: Additionally, we offer $0.75 per hour as compensation for bilingual proficiency in both English and Spanish.OCH is an equal opportunity employer, and we encourage candidates of all backgrounds to apply.
