In this role, you’ll deliver high-acuity cardiac nursing care, including continuous monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and complex medication management. You will collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and support safe transitions of care.
