The Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated LPN
What You Will Do
* Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable
* Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes, ensuring safety, comfort, and continuity of care.
* Support activities of daily living
* Maintain clear, timely documentation
* Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families
* Adhere to infection control and safety standards to protect your residents and your teammates.
* Other duties as assigned
What You Must Have
* Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
* Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting is preferred but not required—we'll invest in the right heart and mindset.
