Lutheran Social Services is seeking a compassionate Weekend Support Worker to provide direct care and encouragement to individuals in our residential and community-based programs. In this part-time, on-site role, you will assist with daily living tasks, personal care, and medication reminders while promoting safety, dignity, and independence. You will implement individualized service plans, support community integration, and maintain accurate documentation.
