(full-time only)6 observed holidays with premium pay or leave + 1 floating holiday for full-time employeesUp to $5,000 per year in tuition/education reimbursement for approved program of studyTake home up to 75% of your net earned wages at the end of every shift401(k) retirement plan with company-matched contributions after 1 year of employmentMedical (Teledoc included), dental, vision, life, and other voluntary insurances for full-time employeesHave fun with contests and employee appreciation events every monthEssential Functions of Receptionist:Willing to obtain CNA licensure with facility sponsorshipAnswer and route incoming calls, taking messages as necessaryGreet and direct visitors in a courteous and professional mannerSend and receive/route incoming faxesResponsible for outgoing mail and sorting/routing incoming mailMaintain fax and postage machinesMaintain and balance resident trust account money boxes and dataAct as 'teller' for resident trust banking hours during the dayData entry as assignedMiscellaneous filingAnswers signal lights and bells to determine resident needsAssist Activities Supervisor with daily activities and help to obtain suppliesAssists residents with grooming, oral hygiene, bathing, hair and incontinence careObtains food trays and assists residents with feedingAssists resident with range of motion exercisesProvides for personal care and comfortMovement to wheelchair or activity areasAssists residents with ambulation for short distance in centerTakes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output, as directedProvides direct and indirect resident care servicesMeets the communication needs of resident and familyCommunicates to nursing team changes in residents clinical conditionPerforms other tasks as assignedQualifications of Receptionist:High school diploma or general equivalency is preferred3–5 years of experience in office management and bookkeeping is preferredCandidates must maintain a working email address and phone number for employer communicationGood interpersonal and organizational skillsType at least 50 WPMOperate multi-line telephone system and paging systemExcellent communication skillsNeat in appearance and well-groomedPositive attitudeEEO Statement:Our facility provides equal employment opportunities.
