Pay: RN $34.00–$36.00/hr | LPN $32.00–$34.00/hr
Schedule: Full-time, Weekend Option. Every weekend required, active holiday rotation.

• Day Shift: 7:00am–7:00pm

• Night Shift: 7:00pm–7:00am

About the Role

McKnight Place Assisted Living & Memory Care, part of The Gatesworth Communities in St. Louis, is hiring a Weekend Option Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) to lead our nursing team. This locally owned, luxury senior living community was named a U.S. News & World Report Best Assisted Living and Best Memory Care community for 2026. You'll provide direct nursing care, assess resident needs, coordinate with the interdisciplinary team, and serve as a trusted resource for residents, families, and caregivers.

What You'll Do

• Provide clinical oversight and leadership to CNAs, CMTs, and other direct care staff

• Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with State and Federal regulations and company policies

• Maintain accurate, complete nursing notes and documentation of care and treatment

• Communicate clearly and consistently across the nursing team

• Perform CMT duties as needed

Requirements

• Current, unencumbered Missouri RN or LPN license

• 1+ year of RN or LPN experience in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, or long-term care (LTC) preferred

• Strong communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak English effectively

• Reliable transportation
