Harbor House Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor on Saturdays and Sundays (every other weekend). Harbor House is a beautiful facility located in a unique neighborhood setting within Hingham and is accessible by public transportation. Come join our team!

Requirements for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor:
- Must possess valid unencumbered, LPN or RN State License and current CPR certification
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Two (2) years of clinical nursing experience within a hospital, nursing care center or other related healthcare setting. Must have minimum of one year experience in long term care.
- Must have experience in supervision and principles, practice of teaching, and computer skills.
- Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices strongly preferred.
Job Duties for Every Other Weekend Nursing Supervisor:
- Welcome new admissions and oversee discharges
- Supervise nurses and CNAs
- Manage staffing changes
- Support family inquiries and screen visitors
- Coordinate patient/resident referrals with central admissions
- Ensure high quality resident/patient care
- Provide support to ancillary staff as needed
