You will test batches of compound for Tarkett Rubber Flooring products, correct out-of-spec batches, develop mixing and testing, perform raw material and finished product testing, and cross-train as a Colorist.
The role also includes color matching with a spectrophotometer, collaborating with Quality members, and ensuring safety in a fast-paced lab.
