Pay rate:
- 1st shift - $16/hr
- 3rd shift - $16/hr
- 6:00 am - 6:30 pm Fri - Sun/ 6:00 pm - 6:30 am every other Thursday
- 6:00 pm - 6:30 am Fri - Sun/ 6:00 pm - 6:30 am every other Thursday
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Janitors to join our team in Smyrna, Tennessee. This position is responsible for helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and maintain floors
- Empty trash and recycling containers
- Clean windows, doors, and other surfaces as needed
- Restock cleaning and restroom supplies
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE
- Report maintenance or safety issues to management
- Perform other cleaning and housekeeping duties as assigned
- Previous janitorial or cleaning experience is preferred but not required
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to lift and carry cleaning supplies or materials as needed
- Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to follow instructions and maintain a safe work environment
