Envision Hospice is seeking a compassionate RN Hospice Admission Nurse for weekend admissions and patient assessments in the Puget Sound area. You will evaluate eligibility, review histories, coordinate with the care team, and provide education and emotional support to patients and families in homes, adult family homes, assisted living, and SNFs across Pierce, Thurston, Kitsap, and King counties.
