Weekend Start‑of‑Care (SOC) Admissions RN – Home Health (PRN / PPV)
Alpha Home Health and Hospice is a Medicare 5‑Star rated agency seeking a Weekend SOC Admissions RN to support our growing Home Health team in Snohomish County.
Compensation
- $200 per completed SOC (up to two SOCs per shift)
- $100 stipend per shift if no SOC is assigned
- No hourly requirement
- SOC assignments provided no later than the day prior

Requirements
- Current WA RN license
- At least 1 year experience in a Home Health agency as an RN
- Working knowledge of OASIS
- Current AHA BLS
- Strong assessment and independent practice skills
- Reliable transportation
Essential Duties
- Complete weekend Start‑of‑Care admissions
- Perform comprehensive assessments and OASIS documentation
- Establish the initial Plan of Care
- Educate patients and families
- Coordinate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team
