Weekend Facilities TechnicianThe Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of all equipment and spaces within our facility. This role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues, ensuring guest satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of operation and aesthetics.Responsibilities include:Perform inspections of interior and exterior areas, addressing maintenance needs promptlyConduct preventative maintenance on various systems, including HVAC, pools, saunas, elevators, and kitchen equipmentExecute repair and improvement projects efficiently and effectivelyMaintain a clean, safe, and visually appealing environment throughout the facilityRespond quickly to maintenance requests and communicate repair timelinesManage and update the repair ticketing systemAssist in training other departments on basic equipment upkeepParticipate in safety procedures, including fire drills and employee safety trainingManage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipmentCollaborate with other departments to complete projects and maintain facility standardsDesired skills include:2-4 years of experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hotel or similar high-touch environmentStrong understanding of HVAC systems, electrical work, and carpentryProficiency with hand and power toolsDetail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and proactively without constant supervisionStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with various departmentsPhysical ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs and perform essential job functionsCertifications in Pool Operation, CPR, and First Aid (or willingness to obtain)Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidaysThis is an hourly position with opportunities for growthThe role requires a hands-on approach in a fast-paced environmentEmphasis on quick turnaround and high-quality workCompensation and benefits include:Weekend availability required.Pay: $35.00 to $40.00 per hour.Health Insurance eligible.Free unlimited admission to Bathhouse + 3 monthly plus ones.50% off services, products, and restaurants.
