About the RoleHaven’s Harvest is seeking a reliable, mission-driven Weekend Driver & Dispatcher to support our food recovery operations. This is a hands-on role at the intersection of sustainability and food access—perfect for someone who wants to make a direct, tangible impact in their community.
Schedule- Saturdays: approximately 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (with some flexibility)
- Occasional Sundays as needed
- Additional weekday hours may be available based on organizational needs and candidate interest
- Pick up and transport recovered food from donors to community partners
- Assist with dispatching and coordinating food recovery runs
- Use our app to manage pickups and deliveries in real time
- Support organization and workflow within the warehouse as needed
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (5+ years)
- Comfortable driving a van or small non-CDL box truck
- Ability to lift and carry food trays and boxes
- Tech-comfortable and willing to learn our app-based system
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong communicator
