What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate hands-on care, assisting residents with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining).
• Take and record vital signs, observing resident changes and reporting observations directly to the nurse on duty.
• Respond promptly and warmly to resident call lights.
• Build meaningful, uplifting relationships with our residents and their families.
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to ensure a clean, safe, and dignified care environment.

What We're Looking For

• Licensure: Active Nurse Aide (CNA) certification in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
• Heart: Genuine empathy, patience, and a drive to enrich the lives of senior adults.
• Reliability: Strong work ethic and dependable weekend attendance.
• Experience: Prior experience in long-term care or senior living is a plus (new grads are always welcome!).
