As a fully remote Weekend Auction Support Specialist, the candidate will manage seller interactions throughout the live auction process, ensuring exceptional customer service and timely responses to inquiries while working a weekend schedule. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for sellers during their live auction experience, providing support from auction launch to completion Monitor live auction activity and respond promptly to seller communications and inquiries Manage updates and corrections to auction listings, ensuring accuracy and quality in the user experience Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in customer service, account coordination, or a related customer-facing role Strong empathy and active listening skills with a genuine desire to assist others Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Interest in and familiarity with enthusiast, collector, or classic vehicles is highly preferred Ability to work a weekend schedule (Sun-Wed or Wed-Sun) as required for the role
