Lutheran Social Services seeks a Weekend Addiction Support Staff member to provide compassionate, client-centered care in our residential addiction recovery programs. In this part-time, weekend role, you will monitor client safety, support daily routines, assist with groups and activities, and document observations in alignment with treatment plans. Working within a mission-driven, faith-based organization, you will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, respond calmly to crises, and foster a respectful, sober, and trauma-informed environment that upholds dignity, social justice, and long-term recovery.
