We're looking for friendly, outgoing people to be the first point of sales contact for our brides/grooms, event clients, & party planners. Qualified candidates must have a warm personality, the love of sales, superior listening skills, & the ability to befriend anyone over the phone. If you're looking for a fun, fast-paced sales position and have exceptional organization, the ability to multitask, & excellent computer skills, you'll be a great fit!Remember, we work when our clients and guests play, so weekend, early evening, & holiday availability are mandatory. We're open 7 days a week until 7:00 pm, and shift times vary.
All candidates must have open availability!Here's a quick overview of the basic responsibilities:Positively represent the Wedgewood Weddings brand!Answer incoming calls & explain our locations, services, & pricing.Generate excitement for our brides & really sell the personal consultation at our venues.Respond to all inquiries in a timely manner.Make follow-up calls & send follow-up emails/texts.Schedule appointments for couples to tour our locations.Requirements:A high level of computer literacy and knowledge. Familiarity with the entire Microsoft Office family is extremely handy, experience with Salesforce is a plus. Amazing verbal & written communication skills are a must!The ability to work quickly, accurately, & accomplish multiple tasks simultaneously. For example, you'll be speaking with brides to understand their vision while navigating through multiple screens, answering all pertinent questions, & collecting event details at the same time.
