Summary:
The WEC Specialist - DD is responsible for maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to Customers. The WEC Specialist - DD identifies opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and manage, risk during service delivery.

• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Responsible for service delivery execution.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
• Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain the required safety training.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of deepwater experience required
• Experience with Motors and Rotary Steerable Systems required
• Jet-in experience preferred (it is beneficial to have it); training can be provided.
• Experience working with NGC clients or similar deepwater environments beneficial
• bility to work under pressure and directly manage client relationships on the rig required
• Strong communication skills; advanced English required.
• Valid U.S. work permit allowing offshore assignments outside the U.S. mandatory
• -Additional required offshore certifications will be obtained during onboarding; specifics will be coordinated after candidate selection.
