Seeking a talented and conversion-focused Website Designer on a contract basis, the role will support an ongoing website redesign by translating marketing strategy into polished, high-performing web pages and marketing landing pages, while collaborating closely with the Creative Designer and Product Manager, with an estimated effort of 20-30 hours per week, preferably aligning with East Coast hours. Key responsibilities Design website pages and marketing landing pages from brief to final Figma handoff, incorporating marketing goals and strategy Translate overall website goals and conversion strategies into effective visual designs across multiple devices Collaborate with the Product Manager to manage workload, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines while iterating based on feedback Required qualifications 5+ years of experience designing websites and marketing landing pages, with a strong portfolio demonstrating senior-level craft Advanced Figma skills, including components, variants, and structured file organization Proven ability to design for conversion, with experience in creating effective landing pages and user flows Experience working within design systems or component libraries Strong command of responsive design across desktop, tablet, and mobile platforms
