Webmaster/Lms SpecialistThe Webmaster/Lms Specialist manages the College's public website, intranet, learning management systems (Lms), and related digital services. This role supports faculty, staff, and students by administering web and instructional systems, workflow applications, and digital signage, while providing responsive technical support aligned with the College's mission, goals, and instructional needs. Primary areas of focus include web/Cms administration and Lms administration, with additional responsibilities in workflow systems, digital signage, and technical support as institutional needs require.Essential ResponsibilitiesWeb, Cms, and Intranet Management College utilizes Cms -WordPress and ElementorManage and maintain the College website and web content, including integrations with Informer, Watermark, and other institutional systems.Administer the web content management system (Cms), ensuring content accuracy, usability, and accessibility.Support the College intranet by: Maintaining Cms updates and pluginsManaging user accounts and permissionsRenewing related services and licensesCoordinating web server-related tasks with Information Technology, as appropriate.Develop, manage, and compile web forms; collaborate with faculty and staff to store, distribute, and maintain collected data securely.Learning Management System (Lms) Administration College is transitioning Lms systems from Blackboard to CanvasAdminister the College's Lms System Creating courses and user accountsMaintaining course enrollments and rostersArchiving and restoring course contentRespond to and resolve faculty and student Lms support requests.Troubleshoot Lms-related technical issues and document solutions.Oversee Lms system updates, upgrades, LTI integrations, and related instructional technology tools.Attend bi-weekly Blackboard group meetings and monthly Lms group meetings.Collaborate with the Dean of Information Technology & Learning Resources to establish Lms standards, policies, procedures, and long-term strategy.Assist with technical development of Lms training materials and user documentation.Research and resolve faculty and student technical help requests and document solutions.Create unique user access and manage course registrations as needed.Oversee installation of system updates, upgrades, LTI integrations, and other software integrated with Blackboard Learn.Collaborate with the Dean of Information Technology & Learning Resources to establish system defaults, policies, procedures, and strategic plans for Lms use and expansion.Assist with the technical development of training materials.Workflow and Forms Management (Etrieve)Create, update, and maintain Etrieve forms and automated workflows.Manage Etrieve users, roles, groups, and security permissions.Configure content filing structures, access controls, and retention settings.Digital Signage and Multimedia SupportManage and support digital signage systems, including device troubleshooting, access management, and user support.Assist with video production, photography, and livestreaming projects as needed.Technical Support and Other DutiesProvide technical support through the IT helpdesk and phone support as assigned.Participate in after-hours or on-call support on an as-needed basis to support critical College operations.
