Building and managing two programs from the ground up, the full-time Webinar and Podcast Manager will source topics and speakers, oversee production logistics, and create downstream content while working remotely. Key responsibilities Design and run the webinar program, including scheduling, topic sourcing, and tech management Define and produce the podcast, managing guest outreach, recording, editing, and distribution Collaborate with the content team to repurpose materials and report on program performance metrics Required qualifications 3+ years of experience in running webinars, virtual events, or podcasts in a B2B context, preferably in cybersecurity Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones Proficiency with webinar platforms and marketing automation tools Strong project management skills across multiple deadlines and tasks Comfortable on camera and during live production scenarios
