Web Press OperatorWe are seeking a Web Press Operator to join their production team in Missouri. This position is responsible for operating and supporting web offset printing equipment in a high-speed production environment.Starting pay: $28/hourOpen to candidates with 0–1 years of experienceShift Options:2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMPress Equipment:Harris M-1000 BEHarris M-600Multiple roll stand configurationsDouble-former delivery systemsRotary cutter delivery systemsCombo folder delivery systemsSheeter delivery systemsClosed-loop color systemsKey Responsibilities:Operate and support Harris web offset press equipmentAssist with press setup, startup, operation, and shutdownMonitor print quality, color, registration, and overall press performanceWork with closed-loop color systems to maintain consistency throughout the runLoad, prepare, and monitor paper rolls and roll standsSupport web feeding, splicing, folding, cutting, sheeting, and delivery operationsMake press adjustments to maintain production quality and efficiencyTroubleshoot press issues and communicate problems to the teamPerform routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping around the pressFollow job tickets, production schedules, safety procedures, and quality standardsWork closely with press crews, leads, and supervisors to meet production goalsQualifications:Web offset printing experience preferredExperience with Harris M-1000, Harris M-600, or similar web offset equipment is a plusStrong mechanical aptitude and willingness to continue learningAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail with a focus on color, registration, and qualityAbility to follow instructions, job specifications, and safety proceduresComfortable working 2nd or 3rd shiftReliable, dependable, and team-orientedPrior experience in print manufacturing, web press, bindery, or production equipment operation is a plusThe ideal candidate is dependable, mechanically inclined, and interested in building a long-term career in web offset printing. A strong candidate will understand the importance of quality, color consistency, registration, safety, teamwork, and keeping production moving efficiently.Candidates with experience on Harris web presses, M-1000, M-600, Goss, Heidelberg Harris, or other web offset platforms may be a strong fit.$23 - $28 an hour
