This role will play a key role in helping to select a new CMS platform for the launch of new global site in the coming year and help guide the team to a successful implementationResponsibilities:Collaborate closely with Marketing, design and engineering teams to develop high-quality Web/back-end applications to increase the impact and effectiveness of the global web platformPlay a leading role in the current Platform review and new Platform selection. This person will collaborate on the new requirements, RFP creation, partner/review, and implementation & migrationDevelop new website features, proof of concept prototypes and functionality upgrades on the existing platform as effective interim solutionsMake suggestions regarding new technology to solve existing needs or address potential future challengesBe able to manage your own time and work independently as well as work as part of a collaborative teamQualifications:5+ years of hands-on Back-End Web Platform and CMS development experienceSharePoint is the current NB platform so SharePoint experience is a plus (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, and/or Drupal experience is a plus)5+ years of MS SQL development experience3+ years of experience in C#, ASPX, AJAX, XML and JavaScriptThorough understanding of XML, JSON, Web Service technologies (REST), and data structure fundaments, with experience in asynchronous programming required.
