For the Breast of Us (FTBOU) is a national breast cancer organization created by and for Women of Color impacted by breast cancer. Centered around the pillars of Advocacy, Community, and Education , FTBOU exists to disrupt the narrative and reimagine survivorship for Black and Brown women.
Through our signature initiative Making spACE —which stands for Advocacy, Community, and Education —we provide culturally relevant resources, safe spaces, and storytelling platforms that honor lived experiences and address the unique challenges faced by Women of Color in the breast cancer community. From peer support and wellness workshops to national advocacy campaigns and leadership development, FTBOU is building a bold, movement where no woman walks alone.

Role Overview
We’re looking for a web manager to maintain and enhance our digital home at You’ll ensure our site is user‑friendly, accessible, and up-to‑date.
Responsibilities
- Update website content and images
- Ensure mobile‑friendly, accessible design
- Troubleshoot issues and manage plugins/hosting needs
- Support new campaign or event landing pages (like BaddieCon)
- Draft and edit blogs
- Manage updates and plugins
Ideal Candidate
- Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Basic knowledge of SEO and analytics
- Eye for design and detail
