- Experienced with RDS database
- Good knowledge on AWS assets - Lambda, ECS, EC2, Step Functions, IAM Roles
- Experience working in an Agile Environment
- Strong analytics and troubleshooting skills a must
- Prior experience working with financial reporting, financial systems, financial and audit processes
- Strong ability to communicate technical concepts, terms, and language to technical and non‑technical audiences
- Java and AWS technical certifications in the product being supported
- Certification in at least one formal development methodology
