Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing SpecialistFour Squared Solutions is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist to help drive our brand online and engage our audience through compelling design and email campaigns.The mid-level Web Graphic Designer & Email Marketing Specialist will combine creative design skills with marketing strategy to create visually appealing website graphics, email campaigns, and digital assets. This role requires a balance of creativity, technical skill, and marketing insight to enhance our digital presence and drive engagement.Key Responsibilities:Design visually appealing graphics for websites, landing pages, banners, and other digital assetsMaintain brand consistency across all digital channelsCollaborate with web developers to ensure designs are user-friendly and responsiveCreate graphics for social media, blogs, and online adsAssist with UI/UX design improvements on web pagesEmail Marketing:Design and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, promotions, and automated flowsSegment email lists for targeted campaigns and optimize delivery schedulesA/B test subject lines, layouts, and CTAs to improve performanceMonitor analytics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and adjust strategies accordinglyCollaborate with marketing and content teams to align email campaigns with overall marketing objectivesGeneral:Stay up-to-date with design trends, email marketing best practices, and digital marketing toolsManage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlinesContribute creative ideas to enhance brand storytelling and campaign effectivenessQualifications:2–5 years of experience in web graphic design and/or email marketingProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or FigmaExperience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, etc.)Strong understanding of responsive design and web best practicesKnowledge of HTML/CSS for email and web design is a plusExcellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsPortfolio showcasing web and email design projectsWhat We Offer:Competitive salaryOpportunities for professional growthCollaborative and creative work environmentAbout Four Squared Solutions, LLC:Headquartered in Florida, Four Squared Solutions provides clients with quality staffing solutions.
