Website Management & MaintenanceExecute day-to-day updates, publishing, workshops with business unit teams, and maintenance within AEM (Sites & Assets).Support the transition from legacy CMS to AEM through hands-on content updates and validation.Follow established templates, workflows, and content governance standards to ensure consistency.Identify and escalate website issues to IT or development teams as needed (no platform ownership required)Content, UX & Conversion OptimizationHelp support North America's adoption of AEM by identifying opportunities to improve workflows, templates, and content structure.Collaborate with global web teams to align with corporate standards while adapting for regional needs.Contribute to documentation, training, and knowledge sharing for internal stakeholders.Ensure web pages and navigation align with user journeys and business objectivesApply UX/UI principles to improve engagement, accessibility, and clarity.Conduct competitive analysis and keyword research to inform content and site structure improvements.SEO, Analytics & Performance ManagementApply SEO best practices, including on?page optimization, metadata, schema, internal linking, and site architecture.Utilize and manage Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console for North America.Help prepare content for AI search experiences (GEO/AIO) by improving clarity, structure, and discoverabilityMonitor, develop, and deliver regular performance reports with insights and actionable recommendations.Identify opportunities to improve search visibility, content discoverability, and lead generation. Conduct research and competitive analysis to inform improvements.Minimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Systems, or related field2+ years of hands-on experience working in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)Experience focused on content authoring, page creation, updates, and publishing (not platform administration or development)Experience managing website content in a CMS environmentWorking knowledge of SEO fundamentals and web analyticsBasic working knowledge of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting and content adjustmentsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesPreferred QualificationsAdditional experience with enterprise CMS platforms (Sitecore, WordPress, etc.)Interest or exposure to AI-driven search trends (GEO/AIO)Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalentExperience working in industrial, manufacturing, construction, or B2B technology environments.Familiarity with Salesforce, Account Engagement (Pardot), or other marketing automation platforms.Exposure to global, multi ?region website governance and localization workflows.What Are Our Desired Skills and Capabilities?Proven success in effectively facilitating planning, prioritization, and trade-off decisions in a cross-functional team environment.Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non?technical teams.Exceptional attention to detail, ability to manage large volumes of stakeholders and projects, ability to meet deadlines, and excellent organizational skills.Solutions-oriented; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Able to work independently and manage own workload.What Success Looks Like in this Role?Successfully supports North America's transition from legacy CMS to AEMDelivers accurate, timely website updates and content publishingImproves website traffic, usability, and engagement through UX and SEO enhancementsContributes to ongoing improvements in content workflows and web processesYokogawa is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
