Java Full Stack DeveloperLooking for a Java Full Stack developer with top skills in Java J2E, JavaScript, ReactJS/Angular, Spring Framework (base understanding), shell scripting, and experience with Oracle Databases (ability to write SQL within an Oracle Database). Hybrid position. Contractors must be able to go into the office 3 days a week, to begin with. Once they can work independently, they can work in the office 1 day a week. Standard business days/hours, Mon-Fri, 8 am-5 pm. The candidate will be responsible for full stack development writing code from end to end. The team manages the inventory and cost center nucleus systems. Candidates will have customer interaction in a team environment. This may not be a good fit for someone who has not worked in a team environment or worked with clients. S-W will assist with sponsorship and VISA transfer for candidates with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field and 5+ years of experience. Interviews are in-person at the Corporate Office. They are 1-hour interviews with the manager and their team. If the candidate is not local, the manager will conduct a Teams interview with the understanding the candidate must be able to commute to the office on day 1. A relocation package is not offered.Position RequirementsFormal Education & Certification: Bachelor degree or foreign equivalent in a related field or equivalent experience.Knowledge & Experience: 5+ years of IT experience. 5+ years experience working on all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle. 3+ years working with customers to build and formulate business requirements. 5+ years of web application development experience in Java/J2EE environment including JPA, MVC frameworks, CSS, JSON/XML technologies, Spring, Hibernate and HTML. 5+ years experience in an Enterprise Database Management System, preferably Oracle. 2+ years experience with PL/SQL. 3+ years using Spring Boot and Spring Rest services. 3+ years of Angular/React JS experience. Business Objects/APEX reporting tool experience a plus.
Experience working in message queues considered a plus.
Experience with source control environments such as SVN or GIT.
Experience configuring application servers such as JBoss and Tomcat.
Experience with Unix/Linux OS and shell scripting.
Experience using Docker/Kubernetes considered a plus.
Experience creating automated build scripts (Ant/Gradle).
