About Minuteman Press Minuteman Press International is the world's largest and #1 rated print, graphic design and marketing franchise, with over 1,000 locations and nearly half a billion dollars in system-wide gross sales. We build and operate the proprietary software that runs our franchise network — from customer-facing web properties to the desktop applications our owners rely on every day. The Role We're hiring an experienced web developer (5–7 years) to design, build, and maintain the web applications and services that connect our franchise network. You'll own features end-to-end, contribute to architectural decisions, and partner with our Senior Web Developer on the systems that move our business forward. This is not an entry-level seat. You should be comfortable shipping production code with limited oversight, debugging across the full stack, and improving systems you didn't originally write.

Extend and document our custom API that bridges our proprietary desktop applications and web services * Collaborate with our development team on improvements to existing sites and on new initiatives * What We're Looking For • 5–7 years of professional web development experience * Solid front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, JavaScript * Experience designing, building, and consuming REST APIs * Track record of owning features from spec through deployment and maintenance * Nice to Have • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (not required — equivalent experience is fine) * Experience integrating web services with desktop applications * Print industry, e-commerce, or franchise-systems background
Performance-based bonus on top of base.
Benefits • Health, dental, and vision insurance * Flexible spending account * Retirement plan * Full-time * Schedule: 8-hour shift, Monday–Friday * Submit your resume along with one of the following: a portfolio of live sites you've built or contributed to, a GitHub/GitLab profile with representative work, or code samples we can review.
