Role Overview
Web Development Experts apply their web engineering skills to help refine and evaluate Large Language Models for high-stakes business communications. In this role you will work at the intersection of web development and AI research, supporting model evaluation for board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor decks, client proposals, and executive communications.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to refining and evaluating LLM capabilities for high-stakes business contexts.
- Develop domain-specific prompts and assess LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, and safety.
- Conduct independent research on topics relevant to assigned projects, leveraging AI tools as an assistant.
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI research teams to iterate on prompts, evaluation criteria, and feedback.
- Learn new skills and apply web development expertise to project tasks as required.
- Minimum 4+ years'' work experience in web developing.
- Experience or familiarity with business communication, strategy, or corporate storytelling, including building board-level presentations, strategic business cases, investor presentations, client proposals, or executive communications.
- Capacity to work asynchronously and independently with distributed AI research teams.
- Location: Remote, work independently from wherever you are.
- Employment type: PART_TIME.
- Schedule: Flexible, asynchronous hours with no minimum weekly commitment.
- Program operates year-round, with projects that vary by domain; placement into a project is dependent on project availability.
Up to $105/hr (depending on the project)
Eligibility- F-1 students who are eligible for CPT or OPT may be eligible for projects. Work with your Designated School Official to determine your eligibility.
- If your school requires enrollment in a CPT course, this program may not meet that requirement.
- STEM OPT is not supported.

- Create a candidate profile and provide the requested information.
- Complete identity verification when prompted.
- Request access to relevant projects and complete any project-specific onboarding steps.
- Begin contributing to assigned projects and receive compensation for approved work.
