To support Digital Marketing and other departments, the full-time remote Web Developer, eCRM will provide front-end web development solutions for fundraising and advocacy engagement, utilizing AI-assisted tools while ensuring compliance with security and accessibility standards. Key responsibilities: Collaborates with various teams to discuss project requirements and maintains custom web forms and templates, ensuring user experience and compliance with regulations Utilizes AI-assisted development tools for coding, debugging, and documentation, while monitoring performance and adhering to security standards Follows quality assurance procedures to troubleshoot technical issues and creates documentation for web development and support Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer programming, web development, or related field, or equivalent work experience Minimum of four years of experience in front-end web development and custom website creation Demonstrated experience with Engaging Networks or other eCRMs Proficient in HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, MySQL, and familiar with AI coding assistants Knowledge of best practices for responsive web design, UX, and GDPR compliance
