Website QA & UAT Specialist (Contract)
Robert Half's client is seeking a detail-oriented Website QA / UAT Specialist to support website testing, content quality assurance, and issue tracking across desktop and mobile experiences. This role is ideal for someone with strong proofreading skills, a passion for user experience, and hands-on experience identifying and documenting website issues.
What You'll Do:
- Execute website test cases and UAT scripts across site pages, forms, navigation, and mobile experiences
- Proofread website content for grammar, spelling, formatting, and brand consistency
- Identify, document, and track bugs, including screenshots, reproduction steps, and severity levels
- Retest resolved issues and validate fixes before launch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless user experience
- Assist with minor website content updates within a CMS (if applicable)
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with website QA, user acceptance testing (UAT), or digital quality assurance
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Experience using Jira or similar defect/task management tools
- Ability to follow structured test plans and clearly document issues
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Optimizely, Contentful, WordPress, or other CMS platforms
- Familiarity with responsive design and web accessibility best practices
- Experience making minor content updates within a CMS environment
