Job Duties:

• Assist in developing project specifications and the overall planning and management of projects.
• Meet with leadership to provide weekly project status reports.
• Provide monthly written reports that include accomplishments, areas of concern, and recommended solutions.
• Communicate project progress and relevant information to project teams, sponsors, stakeholders, and legislative bodies as appropriate.
• Ensure established technical direction and standards are followed.
• Develop project plans and measure actual project progress against established plans.
• Ensure project documentation includes project plans, budgets, risk plans, communication plans, change control logs, and reports.
• Demonstrate an understanding of tactical goals and actively participate in developing and implementing business solutions.
• Manage project risks through comprehensive risk assessment, mitigation, and planning techniques.
• Manage project change control processes.
• Obtain sponsor approval for changes to project scope, budget, and schedule that impact the critical path.
• Develop documentation demonstrating the testing and verification of modifications to ensure project objectives are met.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with Oracle databases, Oracle functions, stored procedures, triggers, packages, and performance tuning.
• Minimum of eight (8) years of experience developing Microsoft ASP.NET web applications.
• Proficiency in converting ASP.NET Web Forms to Model-View-Controller (MVC).
• Familiarity with .NET Core application development.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services and application development on Azure.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, including creating and writing stored procedures.
• Experience with batch processing and data loading.
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2017 and above.
• Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience testing custom applications, reports, large datasets, or dashboards.
• Experience producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, and testing.
• Experience working with development teams on large enterprise projects.
