BS in Computer Science or scientific field (engineering, physics), or equivalent experience. Recent graduate acceptable.

The candidates for this position should be able to perform the following duties:

• Add new features to existing web applications;
• Troubleshoot existing applications;
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with any of:
• XML and XSLT;
• AJAX;
• standards-based Web development;
• Databases and/or SQL;
• Enterprise Java, PHP, Perl, Python, Ruby, or Lisp;
• Any Web application framework;
• Accessibility (section 508 and/or WCAG);
• Understanding of usability techniques and concepts;
• Flexibility and ability to learn and use new technologies;
