About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Application Developer with Agentic AI expertise to join a cutting-edge team focused on building intelligent, enterprise-grade web applications. This role will involve transforming AI-generated prototypes and concepts into secure, scalable, and production-ready solutions while leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI workflows.

The ideal candidate will be a strong full-stack developer with experience in modern web technologies, cloud environments, API integrations, and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand application goals, requirements, and AI-driven concepts.
• Convert AI-generated prototypes and HTML artifacts into maintainable, enterprise-grade web applications.
• Design and develop modern front-end applications and supporting backend services.
• Build and integrate APIs, enterprise systems, databases, authentication services, and AI capabilities.
• Develop Agentic AI workflows involving tool usage, multi-step reasoning, and external system integrations.
• Review and enhance AI-generated code for security, scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Partner with architects, developers, security teams, data teams, and business leaders to deliver business solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts, architecture decisions, risks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions that improve business outcomes.

Required Skills

Must Have

Strong experience developing modern web applications

Proficiency in:

• HTML
• CSS
• JavaScript and/or TypeScript

Experience with modern front-end frameworks

Experience developing and integrating APIs and backend services

Experience deploying applications in cloud/hosted environments

Hands-on experience with:

• Generative AI
• Large Language Models (LLMs)
• AI-powered application development

Understanding of Agentic AI concepts:

• Tool calling
• Multi-step workflows
• External system integrations

Experience converting prototypes or proof-of-concepts into production applications

Knowledge of:

• Authentication & Authorization
• Application Security
• Enterprise deployment practices

Experience integrating enterprise APIs, databases, and systems

Strong SDLC knowledge:

• Testing
• Version Control
• CI/CD & Deployment

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Claude
• Experience with OpenAI and other enterprise LLM platforms
• React, Next.js, or similar frameworks
• Secure enterprise application development
• Cloud hosting and deployment experience
• AI agent frameworks and orchestration tools
• Rapid prototyping and iterative development
