Job Duties
nAt Ballast Advisors, we have one employer: our clients. As a fiduciary firm, we provide objective advice built on loyalty, honesty, and long-term relationships. Like ballast on a ship, we help clients stay steady through calm and storm, and we bring that same steadiness to how we support our team.
nWe're looking for a Wealth Advisor who enjoys building relationships and helping people feel confident about their financial lives. You'll serve a group of small and mid-sized client relationships directly and partner with a senior Wealth Advisor on larger, more complex households. You'll work alongside a collaborative client service team, and we'll help you get up to speed on our tools and systems so you can focus on what you do best: caring for clients.
