Join Waller & Wax Advisors
Founded in 1984, Waller & Wax Advisors is an established independent wealth management practice dedicated to helping individuals, families, and business owners make confident financial decisions through comprehensive planning and personalized advice.
We are seeking an experienced Wealth Advisor who is passionate about financial planning, relationship management, and delivering exceptional client experience. This is a unique opportunity to step into an established client base and gradually assume leadership of client relationships, without an immediate expectation of business development, while helping shape the future growth of Waller & Wax.
In addition to serving clients entrusted to them by the practice, advisors will have the opportunity to cultivate their own client relationships over time. Advisors who introduce and develop new clients will participate in the revenue generated from those relationships, creating a meaningful path for both professional and financial growth. This structure offers the stability of an established client base while providing the opportunity to build a business that reflects the advisor's own relationships and efforts.
The ideal candidate has experience as a Service Advisor, Associate Advisor, Paraplanner, or Financial Planner and is ready to take the next step toward leading client relationships while being supported by an experienced operations and client service team.
JOB SUMMARY
The Wealth Advisor serves as a primary point of contact for client relationships, helping clients navigate financial decisions related to retirement, investments, tax planning, estate planning, risk management, and wealth transfer strategies. This role works closely with our advisory planning, operations, and service teams to provide a proactive and high-touch client experience. Unlike many advisor roles, this position does not require building a book of business from scratch — you will transition into established client relationships, work with warm prospective clients generated by the practice, and focus on delivering financial advice and planning rather than prospecting.
