A/R SPECIALIST

Ethnicraft is looking for an A/R Specialist to join our finance team, responsible for managing the Accounts Receivable process end to end. This is a hands-on role with daily customer contact and close collaboration with our Sales and Customer Service teams, so strong communication is just as important as accounting skill. Reporting to the Finance and Administration Lead, based at our High Point, NC office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Generating internal and external customer invoices, and posting and applying customer payments
• A/R account monitoring, collection follow-up, and daily customer communication on invoicing, payment status, and dispute resolution
• Account reconciliation and A/R reporting, including aging analysis and collection metrics
• Close collaboration with the Sales and Customer Service teams to resolve account issues and keep everyone aligned on customer status
• Other accounting-related tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or Business (or equivalent working experience)
• Intermediate/Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
• Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to take full ownership of your accounts and work proactively with customers and colleagues
