Entry-Level Patient Records Specialist - Murray, UT (Full-Time)

What you'll do:
- Maintain and update patient records within EHR systems
- Process medical records requests and documentation in a timely manner
- Review records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with policy
- Upload referrals, imaging reports, test results, and other clinical documentation
- Manage scanned documents, faxes, and incoming/outgoing correspondence
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure timely record management
- Support billing, insurance verification, and other administrative tasks as needed
What we're looking for:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of experience in medical records, health information, or a medical office setting
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical record confidentiality
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail
- Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred (AdvancedMD is a plus)
