Responsibilities
- Research, develop, and maintain site‑specific interpretive content, exhibits, and program materials that reflect best practices and culturally informed interpretation.
- Coordinate program schedules and support staff and volunteers in effective program delivery.
- Support cultural and natural resource management activities, including data collection, stewardship efforts, and volunteer coordination.
- Assist with park operations by providing customer service and supporting visitor services and program logistics.
- Provide emergency medical response within scope of certification and assist with public safety efforts.
Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree.
- Valid motor vehicle operator's license.
- Must obtain and maintain Emergency Medical Responder (EMR) license within 1 year of employment.
- Must obtain and maintain Certified Interpretive Guide (GIG) certificate within 1 year of employment.
