WD Inserting Supervisor (3rd Shift) (Frederick)

The Shift Supervisor is responsible for directing all aspects of production during the assigned shift. This role ensures overall efficiency, productivity, and quality while overseeing daily operations within the inserting department.
Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
Record and report production data and performance metrics.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and operate machinery as needed.
Train employees on equipment operation and production processes.
Experience operating WD Printing Machines and inserting equipment.
Strong communication and computer skills.
Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.

High school diploma or GED required.
