Footprint is statewide.Salary (depends on candidate): $145-165K for 3 years.$175K+ for 5 years’ experience.The firm does not push, push, push on billable hours. No billing requirements.5% on existing book of business.Sign on bonus may be available by the candidate.Benefits: Medical, dental and vision is provided to the attorney at no cost.
The medical offered is a Kaiser Silver base plan, however different plans can be discussed. Full dental and vision coverage is provided through Humana. Firm matches 100% of 401k up to 3%; 50% up to 5%; total is 4% match.Bonus: Firm will also bonus an additional $50/hour for every hour billed over 750 in a quarter (250 per month).Transportation support/reimbursement.Computer & Cell phone are provided.5% commissions are paid on all time billed on attorneys’ “own” book of business.
